FDE operations are respectful of the environment; our new plant, with an area of 8000 square meters was built with the greatest of care taken to reduce environment impact. We installed photovoltaic panels, thermal panels, a regeneration plant, a floor heating system in the offices and in the factory. Currently these alternative sources are producing electric and thermal energy and are thus able to satisfy the energy requirements so that we can carry on our business. Enviromental policy

The implementation and constant improvement of a Health and Safety Management System [SSL] pursuant to OHSAS 18001-2007 regulations is the main instrument for achieving these results.
 
The System must manage:

• control of work processes ;
• planning of company improvement;
• compliance with current regulations;
• employee education and training;
• employee relations.

The company undertakes to establish and continually review the objectives for the work environment through:

1. Creation of a mindset for compliance with Health and Safety procedures;
2. Diffusion of information on these matters within the company;
3. Maximum attention to technological innovations which will lead to reductions in risks for employees;
4. continuous updating on and compliance with applicable legislative obligations and legal prescriptions.

Each level in the company is involved in safety management:

• The owner of the company is the first manager and provides the appropriate resources, ensures training, involvement and employee awareness, defines and verifies the achievement of Health and Safety objectives, promotes the continuous betterment as the fundamental goal for all the members of the company;
•  Company managers ensure that their employees know and actually apply the Health and Safety Management System;
• Each employee is expected to work towards corporate Health and Safety objectives in the performance of her/his own duties.

The head of Quality, Environment and Safety Management has the authority and may take action to ensure the proper application of the System, promptly reports any serious incidents of non compliance to corporate managers and assists in identifying corrective actions.
The head of the Company asks all personnel for their best cooperation and for the full application of the Safety Management System, and undertakes to review this policy yearly in order to verify its adequacy.

FDE invested for its own establishment in plants of different kinds in order to produce green energy. Nowadays, the firm can boast of a production of green energy from photovoltaic plants and regeneration plants which satisfy its own energetic requirements  as a whole. 

FDE  respects the environment reducing and controlling environmental impacts; the best way to gain this end is the improvement of a Environment Management System.

5. To manage staff relations in order to improve environment conditions
